General

The registration on expertist is free of charge. All price information is available on the page

The duration of the entire process and the single timeframes are individually set for each project. Currently, the process takes 18 days up until the offer’s end. If that is too long for you, please contact us directly. We can be reached during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM at the telephone number +49 (0) 40 / 22 86 76 85-0 or by email at contact@expertist.com.

The experts and customers conclude a contract with the Mysupply Expertist Vertriebs GmbH based on the applicable terms. Throughout the entire project course, expertist is there for you and takes care of the remuneration.

The customers on expertist are exclusively end customers and no intermediaries.

The experts come from the most diverse industries and offer a wide range of special expertise.

On expertist, a large amount of multi-facetted projects can be tendered and staffed. The basic requirement however, is that it must concern a freelance task. Models like temporary work, personnel leasing or full-time employment are not offered at expertist.

The experts at expertist are self-employed experts or companies. Filling a full-time vacant position is not possible via expertist.

The expertist team does its best to react to all questions and problems as quickly and holistically as possible around the clock. The verification document is available in your customer account. Please send your signed verification document to verifizierung@expertist.de.

No. expertist intends to be a platform for all customers and experts, by which means the experts can be commissioned transparently through fair competition. This also has advantages for the experts: The daily rate / hourly wage does not have to be set by the experts in the application, but emerges in the course of the bidding process. That way, the expert can react individually to the framing conditions and the competition. Thus, the expert does not run the risk of disqualifying him-/herself prematurely due to a too-high price or possibly not making the most of the market potential due to a price that is too low.

expertist is not responsible for the submitted offers and does not want to regulate or intervene in the market. However, should prices occur in different markets at a level that we perceive as no longer assuring a proper income for the experts due to price dumping, expertist reserves the right to counteract that kind of exploitation with minimum rates or the like.

When submitting the project, the customer indicates the project location. If home-office is possible, this can be indicated here.

After the project’s conclusion, you are requested to submit a detailed evaluation. Within that, you will award points in different categories and can also submit a qualitative statement on the collaboration.


Customers

Companies that seek external experts for their projects have the possibility with expertist to find the suitable expert and to hire them at market-fair prices. Submitting a new project is easy and uncomplicated. Then the application period begins for the experts. Following that, the customer can choose the most suitable applicants and allow the bidding process to start. At the end of the bidding process, the customer is sent the profiles of the top three ranked experts in order to contact them. The conclusion of a contract marks the completion of the process.

Registered and verified customers can directly set up projects. A title and a brief description, as well as the required expertise, project duration, detailed description, desired experience of the service provider, number of employees, starting date, project location, offer’s starting rate, offer duration and earliest date for the offer start are requested. After expertist conducts a check, your project is activated.

Before setting up a project, it is important to know the framework conditions of the project and to be able to set these accordingly. i.e. the title and brief description of the project, as well as the required expertise, short description/ profile, project duration, detailed description, desired experience of the service provider, number of required employees, project location, starting date of the project and the desired end of the offer.

Customers can end the project in their customer account prematurely.

Project contracts are concluded on the basis of the terms between expertist and the customer as well as between expertist and the expert. expertist then makes these contracts available to the selection of experts.


Experts

expertist offers an excellent additional online acquisition tool for freelance experts. They can discover interesting projects by well-established companies which they can then apply to easily and straightforwardly.

Registered experts can view all projects in their accounts that are available to apply to. Next to each project is a button 'apply directly'. It links to a free text box where you can enter the qualifications, experience, CV, contact data and the motivation to conduct the project.

Invoices are sent every month, unless explicitly arranged differently. Further details are available in the terms.

Project agreements based on the terms are signed between expertist and the customer as well as between expertist and the expert. Following the selection of the expert, expertist provides these contracts.

Registered experts have the option to collect reviews from former customers and use these as references on expertist. In the expert account, under reviews, one or multiple business email addresses of the customers with a request are sent to the customer. The prepared email can be viewed by clicking on the button ‘Email preview’. As soon as the former customer has reviewed the expert, the review can be viewed by both the expert as well as the customer, whose project the expert is applying to.


Affiliate program

expertist offers all verified users the option to take part in our referral program (affiliate program). As an expert or customer, you benefit from your recommendation of expertist, by sharing your personal affiliate link to register to a known customer or expert or by embedding the link on your website or blog.

If your contacts register by using this link and execute projects with expertist, you are included in the project earnings that result from this. The currently valid commission rates can be viewed under prices. Further details on the conditions of the affiliate program are available in the terms.

The payment of the commission currently occurs once per year. We will reduce this rhythm, as soon as we have implemented an automated payment system on expertist. The currently valid commission rates can be viewed under prices.


Your data

Confidentiality is everything at expertist. We exclusively handle data within the corporate group for project inquiries and do no share confidential data with external parties without your permission. The corporate group comprises Mysupply Expertist Vertriebs GmbH, Changepoint Advisory GmbH as well as Changepoint Technology GmbH. Our data protection declaration is available under data protection.
